Get easily from the airport to Stavanger city centre

Flybussen takes you quickly from Stavanger Airport to the city centre. You will find the bus just outside the terminal’s main entrance.

Flybussen operates two routes to Stavanger city centre – one via Madla and one via Stavanger University Hospital and the University of Stavanger.

 

How to travel:

  1. Buy a ticket
    You can buy a ticket on board, but tickets are cheapest online. We offer discounts for families, students and several other passenger groups. See an overview here.

  2. Go to the Flybussen stop
    The stop is located just outside the airport’s main entrance. There is usually a bus waiting there. During the daytime, Flybussen departs every 20 minutes. The journey to the city centre takes approximately 25–30 minutes.

Is your flight delayed?

Flybussen tickets are always open tickets. This means that your ticket is valid on any Flybussen departure on the selected date, so you do not need to worry about catching a specific bus.
